Team Performance Challenges in The Woodlands
One of our favorite team building events to facilitate in The Woodlands, Team Performance Challenges brings to life theories and models about team dynamics and role identification. Being 100% facilitator-led with guided debriefs after each challenge, our facilitators create an environment in which personal and team insights are shared and subsequent connections back to workplace issues are made by the team. Along the banks of The Woodlands Waterway in Town Green Park, we help your team discover their strengths, and then leverage them to better address areas of development.
Work through a series of activity stations taking 30-45 minutes, including a focused coaching discussion about how to maximize individual involvement, plan effectively, and which leadership and participation roles work best. With dozens of activities in our repertoire, we can custom design programs in parks like Shadowbend that engage your team mentally and physically, helping them to reach beyond their current level of performance.

Our Play for the Kids scavenger hunt in The Woodlands Mall focuses on giving back to the community by purchasing items for kids in need. Teams search for specific items while collecting points and participate in shopping challenges in which the purchases are donated locally. If your meeting involves professional development, incorporate our powerful Emissary Process at conference venues such as the centrally-located Woodlands Waterway Marriott or The Woodlands Resort.
