Team Performance Challenges in Alaska
Small and large teams alike benefit from the interactive and thought-provoking nature of Team Performance Challenges which brings to life theories about team dynamics and role identification. It’s a rich program, because it’s 100% facilitator-led with guided debriefs after each challenge. Our facilitators create an environment in which personal and team insights are shared and subsequent connections back to workplace issues are made by the team. Whether you’re in Anchorage or Fairbanks, we help your team discover their strengths, and then leverage them to better address areas of development. The activity stations can be set up indoors in a meeting room or outside in a wilderness setting such as a campground in Chugach State Park or at Juneau’s Twin Lake Park.
