For over thirty years, Ed Tilley has facilitated purposeful professional development programs driving teamwork and enriching relationships. To each he brings a seasoned perspective and an entrepreneurial approach that elicits new levels of confidence and trust. With a thirst for adventure, he thoughtfully guides participants through profound learning experiences as unforgettable as they are fun. Ed Tilley is a coach that leads by example and puts people and relationships first.
Important elements distinguish his approach and explain his remarkable track record of success. Ed is right at home in everything from half-day workshops to multi-day executive retreats to adventurous settings for teambuilding events. His strategies reflect a burning dedication to help every client win at the game of business with skills and tools that are practical and sustainable. Rebecca Tilley
At the heart of everything Rebecca Tilley does is respect for the power of learning and recognition of the remarkable achievement people are capable of with the right guidance and tools. By combining her deep background in educational consulting with a passion for learning and outdoor leadership, she deftly facilitates the broadest imaginable spectrum of interactive workshops and teambuilding events. All hugely effective but each is accessible, fun, and a memorable experience.
As the previous owner of Adventure Associates, Rebecca understand the dynamics of building a company and managing people. With three decades of experiential leadership, she understands the process of helping a team develop. Her roll in program design, planning and leadership often revolves around highly customized agendas trying to achieve specific meeting goals. Rebecca understands people, proactively engaging and teaching professional development skills, and providing participants the tools to sustain what they learned during the team training.
Comfortable in environments ranging from small tightly-focused groups to powerful programs with hundreds of participants, Rebecca thrives on challenges that unleash professional potential along with opportunities for relationship building. Always eager to innovate and create, she views business – and life – as adventures waiting to be discovered.
Adam Manewell
Adam has been passionately delivering talent development programs that elevate teamwork and enrich relationships for over two decades. With a broad range of experience—from Central American educational development to collaborating with Fortune 100 companies—Adam enjoys working with people across the full spectrum of any organization. His diverse work with professional sports teams and governmental organizations demonstrates his commitment to fostering high-performing, collaborative teams and improving interpersonal skills across all business sectors. Adam’s facilitation style is adaptable and consistently aligned with program designs and objectives, creating a program climate specifically directed to clients’ individual needs.
Adam’s background includes a degree in Education from Monmouth University and contributions to international organizations like Outward Bound. Adam holds advanced certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Developmental Dimensions International (DDI), and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Notable projects include providing application learning support and coaching to managers attending a six-month leadership program for a global food manufacturing corporation with $30 billion in annual sales. Adam takes pride in helping leaders and teams understand their greater potential and motivates them to take actionable steps towards continuous improvement in their daily lives.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Adam is an avid runner and triathlete who has competed in several Boston Marathons and Ironman Triathlons. He enjoys traveling and exploring new places, often taking in the scenery while on the road.
