Team Building in Michigan

Bounded by four Great Lakes, Michigan is legendary for the start of the automobile industry, blooming Dutch tulips and array of summer water sports. The cities of Ann Arbor, Detroit and Grand Rapids offer great options to host your next teambuilding or corporate retreat.

Adventure in Michigan on the Ropes Course

The blend of Low and High Ropes activities enables participants to grow at team and individual levels and explore risk, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching. The Low Ropes Course focuses on team collaboration; the challenges, such as the tricky cable Mohawk Walk, call on every member of the team to generate ideas and provide support.

The High Ropes Course emphasizes risk-taking, coaching and trust. Our Michigan courses are as varied as our corporate teams – you may try the 50 foot climbing tower in the Irish Hills or the 1200 foot long zipline in our wooded secluded setting in Oakland County. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. The ropes course memories and moments carry over to the work environment for a long time.

If your meeting objective is to improve team processes, then consider our Communication workshop that can be held on a patio or in a conference room of meeting venue such as The Henry Hotel in Dearborn or Auburn Hills Marriott.
