Team Building in Arkansas

Mountain air, pristine streams and rivers and more than 600,000 acres of lakes, Arkansas is renowned for water sports of all sorts. For the more adventurous, there’s wild caving in underground limestone caverns. Whether you’re planning a corporate training or team building program, Arkansas will surprise and delight your team.

Interactive Team Challenges at your Arkansas location

Team Performance Challenges brings to life team dynamics and role identification in this fun and interactive event. It’s a powerful program, because it’s 100% facilitator-led with guided debriefs after each challenge. Our facilitators create an environment in which personal and team insights are shared and subsequent connections back to workplace issues are made by the team. We help your Arkansas business team discover their strengths, and then leverage them to better address areas of development.

Small teams work through a series of activity stations which are laid out at a park or conference center; each being 30-45 minutes in length, including a focused discussion about how to maximize individual involvement, plan effectively, and which leadership and participation roles work best. With a variety of activities in our gamut, we can design a program that engages your team mentally and physically, helping them to evolve beyond their current level of performance. We have had the joy of facilitating in outdoor venues such as the Kingsdale Park in Bella Vista or Lake Fort Smith State Park in Porter as well as large meeting rooms in the Bentonville Library.

If your meeting involves professional development, incorporate our powerful Conflict Resolution workshop to learn techniques to use conflict as a tool rather than as a barrier. Consider combining that training with Golf for Goodness Sake that requires teamwork while giving back to the local community. Your small teams will construct a mini golf course from non-perishable food items which are then donated to a local Arkansas food bank or homeless shelter.
